I got this as a present my friend bought me when he visited germany. The SUV was Mercedes-Benz ML320, but what is that box they carried in the back? Is it mobile prison or something?

I guess so, or just a fake thing.

In Washington Dc they still use horses. I don't really see the point, Motorcycles, Atvs. So much more practical and less smelly :)

Surely a horse trailer. I have no idea if the Polizei still use horses, but they are commonly used for crowd and riot control.

It's a horse trailer. Seven German States still keep at least one horse squadron. For example Lower Saxony:

Looks like A horse trailer, but I have never seen the polizei use horses when I lived in Germany. I would think the polizei would use ATVs since they are street legal in Germany.

Well, I think i'll go with removable because my OQO is small, like really small. It's about the size of Galaxy S5. I'll sacrifice the front tape deck, since i got 2 Tape Deck on my crown.

There are still practical reasons for the to use horses. For one the cop on top has way better and further visibility than one on a ATV or on a Motorcycle. For two: would you, in a riot, be more impressed by a cop on a freaking horse than by cop on an ATV?
